License Agreement (EULA)

This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and HPanel for the use of the HPanel software. By installing or using the software, you agree to these terms.

License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, server-bound license to install and use HPanel on the licensed server(s), subject to payment and compliance with this Agreement.

Server Binding

• Licenses are tied to server identifiers such as public IP address and machine ID.
• Rebinding may be performed through the customer portal and may be subject to anti-abuse controls and rate limits.

Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, de-obfuscation, or derivation of source code except where expressly permitted by law.
• No license bypass, tampering, or attempts to disable verification mechanisms.
• No redistribution of installers, binaries, or packaged builds without written permission.

Updates

Updates may include security patches, bug fixes, and feature updates. You are responsible for validating changes in your environment and maintaining backups appropriate to your operations.

Termination

We may terminate the license if you violate this Agreement. On termination, you must stop using HPanel and remove it from the server(s) where it is installed.
