Use of the HPanel software is governed by the HPanel License Agreement (EULA). If there is any conflict between these Terms and the EULA regarding software usage, the EULA will control.

• No abuse of the website or services (including automated scraping that impacts availability).
• No malware hosting, command-and-control, phishing, or similar unlawful activity.

HPanel operates within your server environment. Software functionality depends on your configuration and on third-party dependencies such as DNS resolvers, certificate authorities, operating system repositories, and network connectivity.
