30-Day Refund Window
- Refunds may be requested within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
- This window applies only to first-time license purchases.
- Requests may be declined in cases of abuse, fraud, or malicious use.
Eligibility
- One refund per customer account.
- Renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
How to Request a Refund

Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider and banking network.
Abuse Prevention
- Chargeback abuse may result in account suspension.
